One of the standout features of this apartment is the presence of two terraces. What made it even better was that either of the two terraces always offered a welcome shade, providing us with a perfect spot to unwind during the hottest hours of the day. We loved being able to leave both terrace doors open, especially with the front one featuring a grated safety door, allowing us to relish the refreshing breeze while feeling completely secure. One aspect that truly sets this apartment apart is the exceptional hospitality of the host. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was nothing short of perfect. We were traveling with a small dog, and we initially had concerns about the pet's safety on the terrace. However, as soon as we mentioned this to the host, they promptly took action and installed safety nets on both terrace doors on the very same day! It was a thoughtful gesture that demonstrated their dedication to their guests' well-being. The location of this apartment is another significant advantage. While the beaches are just a short 10-minute drive away, you'll find that restaurants and a supermarket are within easy walking distance. This convenience allowed us to explore the local dining scene and stock up on essentials with ease. The apartment complex itself also had a lot to offer. The community pool for residents was a delightful bonus. It provided a fantastic way to cool off on hot days, and the presence of shade from trees and umbrellas made it even more inviting. What we loved most was the convenience of being able to bring the beach chairs from the terrace down to the pool area, giving us the freedom to soak up the sun or relax in the shade as we One pleasant surprise during our stay was the minimal disruption from the ongoing construction nearby, which had been mentioned on the property listing. Despite our initial concerns, the construction activity was barely active and barely affected our comfort.
