La Casa St-Jean - OLD QUEBEC

The room is well situated and there was a lot of light, with two floors.

The shower was clogged up and did not drain. No way to take a bath either. Also, there were 3 remote controls and we were absolutely unable to even get the television working. We call a phone number provided by the host, but no one called back, so no TV the whole time. Also, the light bulbs in the loft were either missing or burned out so it was very dark. We notified the host who mentioned they would send someone and no one came. The building is immediately next to a huge construction project and there was a crane right outside the window. Of course, this was not disclosed. There is a phone number provided but it says for emergencies only - I called it anyway to report these issues, and the phone number was not in service. There was another phone number and it stated it was to be used as a last resort. Called it anyway, left a message and no one returned the call. Eventually, had to leave early due to the clogged up shower.

I liked everything. It's right where everything happens. You have everything on hand, pharmacy, restaurants, shops,etc. The apartment was very clean, actually, it's the cleanest place that I've ever rented. You guys rock it!

The floor was a bit sticky, the AC a bit noisy, and the beds not comfy, but nothing that screw the whole experience. Overall I rate it 9 out of 10.
