FRThe apartment is well equiped, in kitchenware as well as furniture. The bed is comfortable. The apartement is quite large, with a number of different rooms. The presence of a terrace is also well appreciated, and also the location is good. Not exactly in the historical town centre, but at walking distance nonetheless.
It can be a bit difficult to park your car. Strictly speaking this is not something to blame the apartment for, but people that come with a car better count on paying parking fees (we didn't, and payed the price with a 91 CAD parking ticket; our bad).
NLThe apartment has all the needed utilities. We had a one night stop in Québec city and it provided us what was needed.
It's a personal taste but unfortunately the couch bed had a super soft mattress which is problematic with lower back problems.

The sofa bed only had couch pillows and not bed pillows, so was a little uncomfortable.

NZThe location was great and the apartment was spacious (except for the bathroom). The price was good, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. It was very convenient being able to use the washing machine. The owners were friendly and helpful.
I didn’t like that you used a code to open the door, and the code obviously hadn’t been changed for a long time. Anyone who had stayed there could have come in whenever they wanted.
USThe kitchen was okey
The quality of air in the apartment was very bad, a very dusty apartment - my daughter was very allergic to dust and was sneezing continuously. So we stayed only one night out of 3 that we booked. I asked for a refund for 1 night but the landlord refused. Another thing - noisy and outdated AC , it was impossible to sleep in those conditions. Regarding parking - if you get lucky to find one then it's free ( took me 30 minutes to dry around to find one).
