O apartamento é bem grande e muito bem equipado, com tudo que um hóspede pode precisar. Nao sentimos falta de nada e a nossa estadia foi ótima.

Mas acho que o apartamento precisa de uma manutenção urgente. Lista de sugestões para manutenção: - as portas do apartamento não tem tranca e a porta de saída da escada, que tem tranca, não parece segura; - quatro das seis cadeiras da mesa de jantar estão com o encosto quebrado; - O ar condicionado não está funcionando (as pilhas do controle remoto foram trocadas, mas o ar condicionado não liga); - o sofá da sala é desconfortável e está muito velho; - falta porta de um armário e ele está com o teto de gesso quebrado; - tem uma janela que não trava e tem duas janelas que não tem tela mosquiteiro; - os moveis também estão muito desgastados; - o vaso sanitário está escorrendo água o tempo todo.

Le service et l'accès.

Manque beaucoup d'amour à plusieurs endroits. Propreté laisse à désiré. Armoires et plancher en mauvais état. Draps de lit motonneux. Le confort n'était pas à ce qu'on s'attendait...désolée.

Room is big and have enough facilities. Staff is nice and helpful.

The bed is unclean, there’s lots of hair on the bed, I have to use the wash machine to wash everything on the bed by myself. And one bedroom is cold. Little bit unsafe.
