The appartment was not clean (dust, floor, towels..) and the location is not ideal for families (plenty of homeless people, drugs…)

Disque Vynil, le sofa canapé était douillet pour mon fils. Les toilettes étaient spacieuses. L 'appartement était propre.

À notre arrivée dans la nuit nous avons été apeuré par un sans abri qui a frappé fort sur la porte d'accueil. Nous vous encourageons à embaucher un agent de sécurité à l'entrée de l'immeuble dans la nuit. Le frigo qui était verrouillé à une basse température pour des produits, des vivres, et menus que nous avions emporté. Le lit était bruyant. Le matelas était en ressorts , pas très confortable. Le plafond n'était pas peint. J'ai eu résurgence d'allergie qui se manifestait par des éternuements continuels.

Great location, very comfortable and clean. Place was fully stocked and all amenities provided. Communication with host was good.

Only one air conditioner located in the living room, which made the one bedroom quite warm when the door was closed. The blind in the bedroom was broken so we were unable to close it, which was a bit inconvenient in the morning, when the view from outside was into an office building - and also when the morning light came in.

Loved the record collection.

Location leaves a bit to be desired as it isn't too close to the main attractions and there appears to be a problem in the area with druh use and homelessness.

The views from the pool level are amazing

It's not old town but close

It was a comfortable and beautiful space with some good amenities. We liked the record collection, espresso machine, dishes and rooftop pool/terrace. Comfortable bed and hide-a-bed. Appreciated the in-room laundry facilities and size of bathroom.

Cleanliness, Accessibility & Safety: -There was no place to put our clothing other than to keep it in our suitcases on the floor. The bedroom closet was locked and not available. -We tried to use the drawers under the bed but they were dirty with a LOT of black hair, dirt and crumbs. Not acceptable for this price. -I tried to clean the drawers but the sanitizing spray didn’t work. -I messaged the property asking for a replacement bottle and they did not respond to my request at all for the duration of our stay. -There is absolutely no early check-in at this property -It is in a part of town with many people living on the street. -As we were waiting 3 hours to get into our room we walked in the neighborhood and a fight broke out in front of where we were walking and we had to duck into a store for safety. -We were very cautious leaving and returning to the building, aware that this isn’t a safe part of town. -After occupying our time in the neighbourhood, we discovered that the property has a front lobby where we could sit and wait. We would have appreciated knowing this ahead of time as we would have made use of it.

Great location, quiet, no trouble sleeping at night. Awesome record collection!

Although the host’s instructions say where to throw out the recycling, there are signs in the building saying not to remove it and to leave it in your unit. We found the bin in our unit full when we moved in, so they should get a cleaner to fix this.
