"Very bad experience when showing Quebec to my family"

The heating in the rear window was not working properly At midnight it reseted itself to 16 and let us cold the whole night I had to go and buy a portable heater

Located on upper floor. Two bedrooms (can sleep upto 4/5 persons). Convenient location with respect to city centre.

(1) Had searched for an apartment with parking facility and this apartment appeared in search results. One day before arrival received a message that I should look for parking in the street where free parking is available (and it was available as I found upon arrival). However it should be noted that apartment does not have any dedicated parking spot. . (2) Entrance lock key does not work easily. Also there were three keys in the key box. Couldn't understand the use of the two other keys. (3) Snow cleaning before arrival should have been done (also the property did not have any shovel to clean the snow by yourself). (4) Emergency contact number of the host should be available.

"Best place you can get! close and convenient."

Location is great! Just 5 minutes away from the old Quebec. I didn't have any problem with parking (always in front of the door) all weekend. We had everything we needed in the appartment, they even had a high chair for babies. The noise from the street is very low from the inside, there was no problem sleeping with our 16 months old who is a light sleeper. There's a pharmacy 3 minutes walking distance, a IGA a bit further and if you really need, a Costco 9 minutes drive away!

I'm thinking hard, but seriously, nothing to complain about.

Location is good with convenience store across the road and cafes within walking distance. Place is also clean and well heated for the winter.

Only 1 bathroom for the 6 of us. Nonetheless, there are 2 toilets, which help. Also, the steps to the apartment, though not many, still troubled us as we have quite a bit of luggage to carry to the apartment.
