GBDave was a fantastic host. The only host to meet us on our entire 25-day vacation. This initially concerned me, having previously had to wait extended periods for hosts to arrive. I need not have worried. Dave was waiting for us when we arrived. He let us into the property and walked us around. He then shared some top tips for visiting the city. When he went to leave, it was raining, and we were parked further up the road. Dave offered to stay in his space until we had been around the block and could take it. The property is spacious, well-equipped and comfortable. Perfectly placed for a walk into the city (we didn't move the car in 3 days). Grab supplies before you arrive. There is a small but expensive store just down the road for emergencies, and there is also a pharmacy. We had an amazing meal at La Piazzetta St-Joseph a short walk away.
ESSi queréis visitar Quebec en familia, es muy muy buen sitio. En la casa hay de todo. Pero sobre todo tendréis un anfitrión perfecto para vuestra estancias
La escaleras para entrar. El edificio es un poco viejo
FRL’accueil du propriétaire qui nous fait faire le tour de l’appartement et nous donne beaucoup de conseils. La cuisine est très bien équipée. La literie confortable. La rue St-Joseph avec tous ses commerces et restaurants. Les arrêts de bus à proximité.
Les fenêtres en simple vitrage et les murs vraiment fins laissent passer tout le bruit. L’appartement est très bruyant avec les bruits extérieurs. On vit avec les occupants du dessus et on entend toutes les voitures de la rue passer. Difficile de passer une bonne nuit. Certaines rues alentour (pas toutes) ne sont pas forcément très bien fréquentées. L’appartement est un peu loin à pieds de la vieille ville.
FRLe logement correspondait à nos attentes. Literies confortables, cuisine bien équipée. A proximité des restaurants et du quartier animé de St Roch. Accueil impeccable de Dave
