"We had a wonderful stay."

The location. Easily accessible to all kinds of amenities.

The dryer wasn’t working. Only found out after doing a load of laundry. It was a great inconvenience as I was counting the on proper machines for laundry.

The unit was in a fantastic location with good layout with very tasteful updates and decorations.

Unit was in an older building so not everything was operating or in working order ex. Dryer, tap nozzle, etc…. Unit was extremely smokey.

nothing available. no tea, no coffee, it was too bare for the price. The hotels around this were way cheaper with breakfast included.

There are very comprehensive facilities. There are many different styles and uses of kitchen utensils.When I met a question, they answered me enthusiastically. Help me solve my difficulties. I like it here very much! I had an unforgettable Christmas! I enjoyed it very much!

Hotel staff don't understand English very well. This bothers me to some extent. Because I can't communicate.
