I liked how clean the house was, I liked how comfy and neat the bedrooms were, I also like how the house made room for your personal use.

Unexpected miscommunication and misunderstandings but it all ended well.

A bit far from places to eat and have fun but it’s not a major problem

The location is a bit distant from old Quebec but manageable with a car, but only with a car.

The amenities stated it has air-conditioning which it does not, it only has a large floor fan so we had to crank open the windows but one window had no bug screen, the rooms were very hot. There was leftover frozen food in freezer and used soap and shampoos in bathroom, why?? The beds squeeked and were uncomfortable as was the old worn couch, toilet was not secured so rocked when you got up. The bathroom fan switch was broken. All in all the place needs a healthy tune-up that would make the place a little more welcoming. Careful entering the place as there is a large curb on entering with no landing inside.

The accommodation was clean and easy to find. It was a short distance drive from Quebec city.

Although we were aware of the comments and knew that it was a basement location the amount of noise from above was much more than expected. The kitchen was also lacking in a few basic areas such as only two desert bowls and lack of utensils. Only half of the light bulbs were working in the bathroom. The biggest issue however we're the beds. The beds creaked so much on every movement during the night and were uncomfortable. We resorted to putting the mattress on the floor though this only solved the creaking noise.
