Très bon rapport qualité prix. Véranda bien agréable malgré le bruit de la circulation. Les chambres sont calmes. Logement bien équipé, notamment pour notre enfant de 2 ans. Merci à Richard pour sa gentillesse et le prêt de la carte de stationnement.

"Pour des vacances et repos c’est top"

La licorne! Très grande et originale! Facile à voir. Le lieu, avec parking, est bien placé (sortie/entree d’autoroute), vraiment très proche d’un marché, station essence et casse croute pour simplifier des repas en cas de besoin. L’hôte était très accueillant, avec des petites surprises dont la carte d’un parking proche du centre ville de Québec ou encore pour les enfants, un accès partagé à leur compte télévision (Net…) Vraiment top. Tout est bien équipé pour un long séjour. Attention juste aux valises lourdes, pour accéder à l’appartement il est nécessaire de monter des escaliers. Petit coin de jardin avec oiseaux et écureuils pour ceux qui aiment la nature:)

En général top, plutôt une suggestion d’amélioration: le pommeau de douche qui est vieillissant sinon rien d’autre à signaler.

Richard was welcoming and the appartement felt like home. Great location. 10 minutes from anywhere. A special touch was to leave us a prepaid parking card for downtown. Greatly appreciated!

Appartement bien situé proche de l'autoroute. Petit commerce alimentaire juste en face. 15mn du vieux Québec avec en prime une carte de stationnement prêtée par l'hôte qui est d'ailleurs très sympathique. Nous avons apprécié discuter avec lui. Il y a tout le nécessaire dans l'appartement. Café avec capsules, shampoing...
