We highly recommend this place and the host! The apartment is spacious and well-appointed. Everything was in good working order. The bed was very comfortable. The place was quiet. It's located about a 30-minute walk from the old town. Uber rides from this location are very reasonable. A good restaurant and a coffee shop are steps away. A full grocery store is an easy walk on St. Joseph. The appliances are full-size and easy to use. In the kitchen, the knives were sharp, and the cookware was of good quality. The host was available, communicated well, and provided any information or assistance we needed. We could not have asked for more.

Minor things. We had some difficulty with the electronic door locks, but the host responded quickly. Inside the very nice shower, there is no shelf for shampoo, soap, etc. In the bedroom, space for folded clothes would be nice, but we used the provided luggage racks. In the kitchen, a few more utensils for various tasks would be helpful. Directly across the street is an unattractive area where unhoused people congregate in small numbers. They caused NO problem.

Staff was quick to answer. The location was great as well.

C'est un endroit confortable, on se sent chez soi. J'ai aussi aimé la rapidité de communication avec les membres de 77 St-Vallier. C'était facile et sans problème.

Il y a beaucoup de bruit sur la rue. Pour la tranquillité il faut fermer les fenêtres.

A very clean apartment with excellent facilities. A perfect base to explore Montreal.
