Les Immeubles Charlevoix - Le 1173

Great location in the old Port of Quebec easy to get to old Quebec city. Very clean.

It was a bit of a challenge arriving by train with luggage and check in was only at 5pm. No place to store luggage. Would be nice to have an earlier check in and would of been nice to have coffee available. Petro can station a block for coffee and a a little coffee shop a block away.

The location was great.

The room had a door off its hinges, odd bits of stuff lying around, the light bulbs were blown, there were no batteries in the remote and the water pressure was terrible. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable and the place was dimly lit.

- great location - property as everything you need incl. dishwasher and washing machine pods

- when you enter you walk into the bed (not ideal but also not a big problem) - the door hiding washing machine was not connected well and fell out if not handled carefully. - bed sheets were not very clean (we had to re-wash them before usage) - staff deducted from us $150 by mistake a few hours after we left and yet didn’t refund us back (2 weeks later) referring to the absence of a person who is responsible for the refund. so we are still waiting for this issue to be resolved.

shower has good hot water but very low pressure

very charming and cozy, a few steps from the old town and plenty of restaurants near by.
