We were very pleased with the location and the facility and the concierge was very hospitable and helpful. The furnishings were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Everything was very clean.

The air conditioning was not working and it was very warm.

La propreté et l’emplacement.

Seul point négatif : dernière nuit compliquée avec un réveil à 5h30 par l’alarme incendie de l’immeuble : tous les résidents priés de sortir en urgence sur le trottoir jusqu’à l’arrivée des pompiers. Retour dans les appartements à 6h30 sans aucune explication de la part du personnel de la résidence, aucun message d’excuses.

L'Accueil dans ce logement s'est très bien passé et il fut très sympathique et professionnel. Nous sommes absolument ravis de ce logement dans lequel nous avons passés un excellent séjour.

Great location. Quick walk to Old Quebec and The Plains of Abraham Area. Easy to shop and eat close by. Friendly concierge staff. Parking available.

Rachael at the front desk was wonderful, she really went out of her way to be helpful. Amount other things, she found us an additional parking space in the garage. A win/win for both of us!

The only issue I had with the whole experience was the parking situation. There really isn't a place to park when you go to pick up your keys and for a unit that can accommodate 6 people, if you arrival by car, you probably need one than one parking space.

The people at the front reception were so wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Very clean and had everything you would need.

Too small for a family of 5.
