Location was very close to downtown. The room was very clean and pleasant. A little bakery was at walking distance of the apartment.

Communication facile et efficace avec le propriétaire qui a été très poli et bienveillant. Le logement était grand, bien équipé et confortable, pour un prix très raisonnable. Le stationnement juste derrière l’appartement est bien pratique, ainsi que les deux accès à l’avant et à l’arrière du logement.

The property was clean and the location was good.

We were on the ground floor and there was an apartment above us it was noisy people walking in the apartment all night. One night the people above put on the washing machine at 20 to 12 at night and then put on the dryer which stopped at 1.30am. We did not have a restful stay at all.

There are some insects or maybe bedbugs at the bed (although they claimed they have checked afterwards and didn’t find any trace of bugs), me and my sister’s arms and body and legs got stung and there are many lumps on our skin on the next morning and it’s extremely itchy. And this ruins our journey ahead. We are so upset. :( Apart from the bed, there are no curtains at the front door or bath room, which affects the one who slept on the (bad condition) sofa bed. There are water leakage somewhere near the sink and leave a pond of water on floor where it couldn’t be noticed, and my mother almost got slipped over. :( The facilities are old and we have to take the staircase to the second floor. It’s not friendly for people who have big luggages.

Clean, spacious for 3 people

The stairs to this unit should be clear for seniors. Did not know we could enter from back door. A construction workroom next door showed us. All of us were over 70 thus it was a challenge. Young people would be perfect

Very good location, not Downtown but nice quartier. Absolutely great patisserie across the street.

Things have been dirty (e.g. towels,dishes,corners) and broken (bathroom,whole backside entrance part heavily under construction).
