Fahrstuhl praktisch bei kleinen Kindern

Viel zu laut draußen als auch im Haus. Wie Pappwände extrem hellhörig! Fenster nicht dicht. Schlafzimmer nicht abdunkelbar. Geruchsbelästigung vom Nachbarhof an allen Tagen( durch Rauchgase ständig wurde in Tonnen irgendwas abgebrannt, das machte das Lüften teilweise unmöglich)Küchenausstattung unzureichend für Familien.Kommunikation mit Vermieter eher einseitig, es wird zwar reagiert aber nur so das der Hausmeister abends klingelt und die Kinder weckt. Fanden wir völlig daneben weil es wirklich keinNotfall war

Sehr schöne Wohnung und ideal gelegen. Man ist in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum. Kann ich nur empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.
