Location. Too far from Old Phuket. But if someone prefers calm location that’s good for them.

All was fine except mattress which is far too soft and pillows which are huge. All other facilities are perfect

• No one uses breakfast and they have to change to optional with empty restaurant • The daily weather supply reduced to twice a week • Very far away from shopping and beach. The only way to get out is to call taxi and no shuttle bus • Wash machine provided but you need to buy laundry powder etc • only twice cleaning a week and no change of towel in between • cleaning staff can not speak English and rude • This is more of the service apartment type. Do not expect any additional service like food or entertainment etc
