New Town Apartments

The host was very helpful and kind! If any trouble occurred she answered immediately. The apartment was very tidy and there was a cleaning leady coming every 3 days.

Apartmants are on the best place. One minute to the closet supermarket or restaurant, but also really quiet place. Close to the beach 7 minutes. We had everything we need there. Communication with owners were perfect.

Great location! Walking distance to Elli Beach and the old city! Clean, space apartment. Friendly staff. Cause this is a very popular crowded street with many cafes, don't expect silence :). Kitchen with all the features you need. I enjoyed!

In the center,clean apartment, perfect for a couple. Self check-in (we had a small difficulty with opening the box to get the keys, it is really hard to pull) Small balcony with a view over the busy street. Very beautiful beach about 10minutes away. Many restaurants, bars, markets and bakeries near by. Close to the old town.

We were a bit bothered because our bathroom bin was only emptied on second day of our 5day stay although we were promised that the clean lady comes every two days… Free parking about 10minutes away (walking distance) Church bells in the morning every half hour

since it was very hot, we could use an Airconditioner in the bedroom, too. (there isn't one only in the living room)

The apartment is situated in the new part of Rhodes city centre in a busy street. It has no effect on the appartment which is quiet, though. We had one appartment without balcony and one with nice balcony view into the street. It was great to watch the people on the street passing by and smiling every time they looked at the lovely pink icecream shop which is situated below the appartments. The appartments are clean, with good airconditioning, have comfortable beds, good kitchen. There are plenty of restaurants all around just few steps from the building. The appartments are not faraway from the beaches (5 min walk to the beach with higher waves, 10min walk to beach with mild waves), bus station (8-10min walk), nor histroical city centre (10 min walk) so it is a great location to spend and enjoy Rhodes. It is an 8 min. walk from the bus station so we did not need to book a transfer when moving to other places so it was cheap to travel around.

More kitchen utensils, pots of different sizes, vegetable peeler and pasta strainer would be of help mainly when travelling with children who do not really enjoy greek food.

Excellent location in pedestrian area full of restaurants and shops. The city beach and medieval old town are in walk distance. The flat is nice, clean and spacious.

Be prepared to spend some time to find parking place.

Incredible location, short walk from the beach, the main shopping centre and the old town. Lovely shops and restaurants directly outside. Maria was an excellent host and very easy to contact. Highly recommended.
