Η καθαριότητα, η ποιότητα των επίπλων οι παροχες και η τοποθεσία του διαμερίσματος. Η αμεση εξυπηρέτηση του Σεμπάστιαν και της συζύγου του αλλά και το ενδιαφερον που επιδεικνυαν καθημερινά για την παραμονη μας στο νησί.

Λίγο το στρώμα του κρεββατιου αλλά αυτό είναι υποκειμενικό.
