Sala Historical Luxury Suites

Everything was amazing. Sala was more than our normal budget but it was absolutely worth it and I would come back to Rhodes just to stay here again. Sebastian was the perfect host and was particularly helpful when we had to change our taxi time last minute. Thank you Sala!

This place is even better in person than in the pictures. It’s a beautiful historic home that’s been thoughtfully renovated without losing its character — not overly polished, just perfectly authentic. It honestly doesn’t get more Greek than this. Everything was taken care of: a super comfortable bed, complimentary snacks and wine, a great shower, and all the essentials with amazing-smelling toiletries. It was actually hard to leave and go explore Rhodes because staying here already felt like a vacation. The location is perfect as well — just a few minutes’ walk to the castle, which made everything incredibly convenient. A lovely surprise was the daily cleaning service — our trash was taken out and dishes done every day, which made the stay even more relaxing. Despite having a shared yard, it felt incredibly calm and private. We barely saw anyone, which might be a perk of visiting in April — and honestly, I can’t imagine a better time to come. Lastly, a huge thank you to Sebastian. We tried all your recommendations and they were fantastic. We only regret not using your suggested car rental service and booking elsewhere instead — lesson learned! Thank you as well for the warm welcome and detailed tour.

Sala Historical Suites is een oase van rust in het drukke Rhodos stad. Zodra je er binnenkomt ben je in een andere wereld. Prachtige appartementen rondom een pleintje met bomen planten en vissen. Wij hadden een appartement (9, Giorgio) deze zit achteraan zodat je niet langs de weg zit. We werden door de manager Sebastian welkom geheten, hij vertelde van alles over het appartement en gaf ons tips voor eettentjes en kleine supermarktjes in de buurt.

De buurt waarin het complex ligt is niet mooi. Maar het complex en de prachtige appartementen maken dat weer goed.
