apartment is nice and in a good location for us quick walking distance to all our friends.

we have used this apartment a few times in past last time was 2022 main key was tempermental then this year we got locked in once and locked out twice had to get very nice neighbours to help. Reported it got told they were waiting for new lock hadnt arrived in rhodes yet. Told them they had 24hrs to repair or wanted full refund repair man turned up within hour and was fixed why wasnt this done befor season started. My husband is disabled and this time we were refused a couple of hours extra for departure we have had no problems before it was a struggle to get out by 10.am

I loved the apartment and the area. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. I particularly loved the balcony. It was a short walk to the pebbly beach with loungers and showers and not far from the Old Town. The apartment was surrounded by great bars and restaurants and there was a well stocked mini market very close by. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends

wery good place, can reach by walk anything you want, owner all time was on connection, was helping in any questions, close to the beach, close to ship port, close to bus station, cafe - restaurant, all i can say top place in rhodes

only small problem to find house at first day 😁, and lack space for car, but rest is perfect

We really liked the location! Everything is near: the beaches on both seas, the old town (about 7 minute walk), nightlife, cafees and restaurants, a lot of supermarkets. The apartment is well equipped, it's possible to cook if needed, there is washing machine and washing powder, etc. All as described. The apartement looks exactly as its photos. The host is very nice, always ready to help. He met us personally and gave keys. The bed is comfortable. Despite being in the center of night life, the apartment is quiet, it looks into the yard. Beautiful balcony. The air conditioning works well, has a lot of modes, it's quiet.

The only thing I would slightly criticize is the cleanliness of the apartment. When we arrived it was a bit dusty, so we had to clean all the surfaces as I am sensitive to dust. Then it was fine. The dishes, cups were clean
