The Sky Yard Eclectic Studios

Apartment was amazing, room was nice and clean, bathroom as well (property is equipped with their own system of water heating via solar power so hot water was always available in unlimited quantities), and apartment is equipped with washing machine which was great option to have. Windows have mosquito net, and beds were very comfortable. We even asked the host to provide us with different, harder pillows since the soft ones are not to our liking, and we got them right away. Hosts were very exceptional and ready to help us with any question related to local places to eat/visit, as well to provide any information we needed.

Only potential issue is location of the property relative to the beaches, which are 20-30 minutes of walk away.

The apartment has everything you need it and the area is quiet. The staff (George and Aris) are amazing people, ready to help you. I really recommend to try!!!

The owners are really easygoing, caring and helpful. The place is clean and spacey enough. They recommended us with the best souvlaki place just across the corner, when we needed to stay another night they tried their best to provide us with accommodation, and it all felt like we are so lucky to meet this sincere people. Thank you so much, see you next summer!

The room is just as in the photo, nice and spacious. The bed is large and comfortable, AC is working properly, the apartment is very well equipped. Good neighbourhood with restaurants and cafes nearby. The host was friendly and responsive, also gave good advice on where to have a bite. Good value for money!

We collected the key extremely easy - it was left on the door. To me a bit risky and if somebody took something, it would be on our behalf. The location is a bit tiring walk to the old and new town center if you have to do it twice a day in the heat, also no lift (I do tons of sports and am not lazy, it's just really not that close :D) Showerhead doesn't match the holder, so the water goes over the toilet and you basically wash over the wc and flood everything.

The facilities were excellent. Aris and George made sure that we were comfortable throughout the stay. The living room and bedroom both had ACs, and when it was really hot, it helped us sleep (although we are very conscious about using an AC).

The location requires some walking, the way from the bus station to the apartment gets a but quiet at night.

I really enjoyed my stay in the Sky Yard Eclectic Studios. It is all you may need for a short city break - fully equipped, close to the city centre, in a quiet area, modern and clean! The owners are extremely communicative, flexible and even allowed me to keep my luggage in after checkout to explore the city hassle-free! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in Rhodes!
