Die Lage der Unterkunft, nah zum Hafen und zur Altstadt. Alles fussläufig gut erreichbar.

Lassen sie sich von den Bildern auf booking.com nicht täuschen. Die bisherigen guten Bewertungen sind für mich nicht nachvollziehbar. Unter Sauberkeit verstehe ich etwas anderes. Es befanden sich noch Haare von den vorherigen Gästen überall auf dem Boden . Das Geschirr wurde nicht ordentlich gespült und war dreckig. Dies hätte der Vermieter überprüfen sollen bevor er das Apartment an neue Gäste übergibt. Die Einrichtung ist mehr als einfach. Starke Gebrauchsspuren, keine Qualität. Absolut nicht wie auf dem Bildern. Zudem riecht die ganze Wohnung feucht . Besonders im 1. OG die Schlafzimmer. Schimmel im Badezimmer sowie in einem der Schlafzimmer. Auch an anderen Stellen in der Wohnung feuchte Stellen an den Wänden vorhanden. Der Check in wurde eigenmächtig vom Vermieter von eigentlich 16 Uhr auf 17:15 Uhr verschoben. Aus checken mussten wir trotzdem um 11:00 Uhr. Der Vermieter wurde bereits nach ca. einer Stunde Aufenthalt über die unzumutbaren Umstände informiert und mitgeteilt, dass der Aufenthalt umgehend abgebrochen wird und wir um eine Rückerstattung bitten. Dieser antwortete nur wir können bleiben oder gehen, aber eine Rückerstattung gebe es nicht. Auch daraufhin antwortete wir um eine Lösung zu finden. Die Nachricht wurde vom Vermieter gelesen aber bewusst ignoriert. Es erfolgte keine Rückmeldung mehr. Sehr unprofessionell. Es ist eine Frechheit. Preis Leistung stimmt absolut nicht. Finger weg von der Unterkunft !!!

The host is absolutely outstanding — super friendly and always ready to help with any questions we had. The apartment is clean, spacious, and in a perfect location. The host provided everything we could possibly need: shampoos, shower gels, laundry detergents, and all the necessary kitchenware. 100% recommend this place for your stay!

Posizione ottima, prossima al centro, al porto, a numerosi ristoranti, supermercato, negozi. Host molto gentile, facilità di check-in. Disponibile lava-asciuga.

La seconda camera priva di finestra è difficile da arieggiare, resta sulle lenzuola un sentore di umidità nonostante il condizionatore. La mancanza di una seconda chiave.

Good location (easy to access by foot all Rhodes city, many restaurants, bars nearby), easy to find place by navigator. Host kept in touch in advance by whatsap and explained everything to make our check in easy and staying comfortable. One of rooms does not have window to the outside but to the stairs side. The second room has big window which is situated to the street side. The street was not very busy, loud (beginning of may).

Bathroom doors opening location - doors opens to bathroom's inside and this makes complicated to manage things in bathroom. On the first floor it is no nice feeling to open windows or blinds because people are passing by and no privacy in the apartments in that situation. If you close window, blinds, there is no problem for privacy.

The location with a short walk to the beach . The grocery store opposite is very helpful. The property has everything you need to self cater from drinks to a full meal if you want to. Also close by a myriad of restaurants to choose from. Also easy to walk to where trips are available and really not far from all the attractions of the old town.

The second bedroom doesn’t have dressing table facilities and is not so easy to air if you don’t want the air conditioning on at night. Probably more comfortable for children than a second couple.
