It does not clearly state in the description that the “bed” is a futon/ sofa bed in the living room.

Perfect location. Heart of the village! The little apartment is just perfect for 4 people. Super cosy and clean. My kids loved it!

Steep staircase, but that’s probably the case with all properties in the village given the area.

Ideal LOCATION right in the centre of Riomaggiore, minutes from the train station which is handy for visiting other towns. Lots of lovely bars and places to eat on the door step. If you prefer to stay in, you can enjoy a wine or gelato on the cute balcony or there’s a handy pod coffee maker, electric hob and microwave. Shower was decent and hot. Felt very safe. Easy access, zero hassle and the host was very responsive.

For me personally it was perfect as a solo traveler, however, bare in mind that the accommodation is small, with a SOFA BED that pulls out, not an actual bed. A couple may struggle with this. I personally found it comfortable but I’d sleep on a bed of nails. The apartment is on the top floor of the building, so suitcases would be a struggle to bring up allllll those stairs as they are step! If you have bad knees avoid.

Location is just spectacular! Great opportunity to feel local.

Kitchen furniture requires a bit of renovation.

Location was great. The apartment was comfortable and quiet at night.

The host was the only host for our Italian vacation who required some of the payment be in cash. Which sounds simple until you notice many of the ATMs are out of order. I took me too long to come up with cash and seemed silly that the host didn't take the entire payment on a credit card like all the other hosts of places we stayed. There were 33 steep steps to the apartment door.

Perfect location. The apartment is located a five-minute walk from the sea and the railway station. Wonderful terrace! Apartment is not big, but has everything you need. The owner sent a very detailed check-in instruction. Thanks for it.

These are not minuses, you just have to keep in mind: the windows overlook the main street, so you can hear people and music from all the bars. Very high staircase to the apartment. We left our suitcases in the luggage room in Pisa and were very happy about it. With backpacks, the stairs to the apartment are not difficult.
