Quiet location, comfortable bed, nice and clean inside

Not intuitive to find where to turn heater on as it was cold on arrival On the 4th floor so glad we had light luggage

Appartamento carino e pulito.Vicinissimo al mare, comodo a tutti i servizi.

Parcheggio non molto vicino, molto caro( 35 euro per meno di 24 ore)scale ripidissime per arrivare al l’appartamento, non idoneo per persone anziane, sconsiglio di portare le valigie, suggerisco di portare lo zaino.

"It was ok for one night"

I liked the location. Right in the middle of Main Street.

It had a musty smell. Very basic amenities for the price paid in low season. Dangerous going up and down the 4 flights of stairs without lighting.

"The location is great! The facilities overall is a bit old and damp but still acceptable"

The host is very very helpful and responsive! It makes our stay much easier from the host' help!

The room and the stairway for the access to the room is a bit old and damp. But I think it is good enough for a small beachtown like RioMaggiore

"Do not stay here. Reported no coffee and was told he doesn’t live in that town."

No coffee, no toilet paper. The mattress was AWFUL! It needs to be replaced.

"Syksyinen loma"

Sijainti oli erinomainen pääkadun varrella. Kivat näkymät. Ikkunat olivat hyvin äänieristetyt.

Huoneisto oli kylmä. Patterit eivät toimineet, eli kylpyhuone ja pyyhkeet eivät kuivuneet. Sängyt oli pedattu lakanalla ja kevyellä kesäpeitteellä. Lokakuun lopulla olisimme jo tarvinneet peittoa varsinkin kun lämmitystä ei ollut.
