"Perfect for our family vacation. Ample beds, 2 bathrooms ans close to restaurants and train station."

Lovely location in the town of Riomaggiore. Great for our family of 6. Close to restaurants and train station and a 10 minute walk to the marina and beach of Riomaggiore.

"There was no communication from the owner that our place had been booked and it only when we arrived to check in we were"

Nothing. We never got to stay here. The owner had double booked and rented it out to someone else without telling us.

We never got to stay at this property which we spent many hours researching for a place for our family.

"Enjoyable stay with a nice balcony to unwind at the end of the day to enjoy drinks and snacks."

The Location was great for us, you were out of the hustle and bustle of the main street as you were situated right at the top of the main street. Once all the "tourists" went home for the day it was nice to sit out on the balcony and people watch with a few drinks and nibbles. You felt like a local at the end of the day and you could enjoy the peace and quiet.

"Lovely apartment in Riomaggiore, a great location to explore Cinque Terre."

Excellent location. Cafe nearby. Laundry just down the street with good hours. Nice to have patio to have coffee and relax. Nice to have a code to use the elevator/lift from train station.

"Wonderful experience at il giardino di Riomaggiore."

The following were things that made out stay at il giardino di Riomaggiore an absolute treat: - on-site parking was absolutely amazing - Lucio meeting us and helping to get us settled was very much appreciated - the very convenient access to downtown - the clean and very spacious apartment - the coffee maker was great for a quick caffeine fix to start the day.

Not really anything at all to complain about. Our stay was exceptional. A few things I just wanted to note for you that you could take a look at. - the ceiling above the shower seems to have a very small amount of mold accumulating. You might want to address that before it gets bad. - the sofabed is a bit unstable to sit on the end of the bed when the beef is pulled out(the one outside the bathroom) - there is still some painters tape on the light in the main bedroom. But I'm being super picky to even say this. We loved our stay and hopefully will stay again soon.
