GBA nice flat with a small kitchen/living area and a good size bedroom. Best feature is the large terrace looking over the sea. Free parking on the road outside was easy (in May). The road outside is quite busy but flat is on 3rd floor so not a problem at all. Restaurant next door was good.
Nothing. It would be helpful if the directions said that the flat is next to Restaurant Hambrosia.
GBI liked that apartment was located close to train station (10 mins), bus stop (1 min), shop (5min). Beach is just opposite the apartment which was amazing. The apartment was spacious and had a beautiful tarrace. The owner Francesco was very good with commumication and check in. Very helpful and friendly. Always happy to answer any questions.
I did like if there was a kettle to boil the water. In the beginning the gas bottle was locked, but luckily it was straightforward to find it and unlock. The road opposite is quite loud. You can see the sea, but unlikely you can hear it due to the noise. I really struggled to work and sleep during the first days. I've adjusted with time though.
