La atención de los administradores excelente, muy atentos y prestos a resolver dudas y ayudar a gestionar transporte o servicios turísticos. Cerca al aeropuerto, queda por una zona industrial y de talleres. Sin embargo por el calor o en la noche por lo oscuro es mejor coger taxi o carro con algún recomendado del alojamiento, recomendado en todo San Andrés negociar los servicios de las playas, los tures y el transporte.

Los utensilios de cocina no estaban muy limpios, lo que se hizo fué lavar los utensilios con lavalosa y agua caliente.
