La disposición del personal siempre para ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitabamos. El apartamento contaba con todo lo necesario para una buena experiencia en relación con el precio. Súper bien ubicado para los que no les gusta estar todo el tiempo en el ruido de la isla. Establecimiento comerciales muy cercanos.

"Sería bueno un filtro en la ducha quitaría un poco la sal del agua"

La ubicación

Estaba sucio el apto, el puso estaba pegajoso por exceso de jabón en el piso, la toallas sucias osea tenia como tierra; pienso que es por que alla el agua el salada y se lavan pero deberían ser recién lavadas o sacudirlas.

Dirty smelly broken water pump and coffee maker, stained sheets, blood or something on walls, dead bug and hair on sheets, cold water, missing shower head, carpet invested with bugs and sand

The thing I liked most was that the host Walter was very responsive , no matter the concern he addressed them and helped us resolve it. One of our boys ended up getting sick and needed to go to the. Hospital and he helped us with that which meant a lot to us . He is truly a very compassionate person and cares about his guests .

This isn’t a reflection on the property but rather the place itself , be cautious about where you buy food as there was a issue with a restaurant there giving us bad food and what we thought was a simple virus as tested by the hospital upon return to Cali Turned out to be covid , there are a lot of people and things can happen .

Queda cerca a todo, tiene varios sitios cerca que se pueden disfrutar, la playa más cercana es muy bonita, nos colaboraron mucho con todo lo que queríamos visitar, muy amable el señor jim.

El espacio y la comodidad del apartamento, cada espacio con su aire acondicionado. Las instalaciones aseadas fueron excelentes para descansar. Cerca quedan supermercados, restaurantes y aproximadamente a 12 minutos de la playa principal de la Isla, se encuentra bien ubicado con respecto al aeropuerto.
