Ubicación, tiene locomoción cerca para el centro y las playas. El minimarket de la esquina "Barrio Obrero" tiene precios muy convenientes, más que el supermercado, totalmente recomendable.

Faltan algunos accesorios básicos de cocina, como tomador de ollas, paño de loza, tetera, tuvimos que hervir agua en olla y se sugiere cambiar las tazas están manchadas.
