That you can see the ocean from the apartment. The apartment has potential.

It is a bit run down and needs maintenance. Many things are broken: the bathroom window, the towel rack, kitchen cupboards, the light fixture in the bathroom is extremely rusty. The apartment could have been cleaner. There were many hairs lying around, especially in the bathroom. It needs paint and maintenance in general. We had to take out our garbage after our stay which I had never seen before. The place has a lot of potential, but it needs to be taken care of.

We loved everything except that we weren't able to swim in the pool since it was often dirty, but the rest was awesome, perfect location in front of the beach, clean and Ms Sandra was always willing to help. It is far from everything but we wanted that (we rented a mulita for the 7 days we stayed because we wanted the daily road trip which is amazing) so it was perfect, parking available and we felt safe every day. There are stores nearby car distance and in the hotel they sell you enough water for 7 days. Overall we are really pleased with the experience.

That the pool was looking dirty every day (we stayed 7 days).

Beautiful nice apartment with plenty of space. Laundry was super quickly done. The pool was spacious but could use some love care and attention

Would be so much easier to pay the rent with credit card
