Fleitas Penthouse with terrace

La entrada al piso tiene un 1er. tramo de 19 escalones con un ángulo de 45º y una anchura de 80cm, y un 2º tramo de 17 escalones y un giro de 360º, ambos tramos a mí juicio dificultosos. El baño mide unos 2,80cm, muy justo, con una ducha con cortina de plástico muy deficiente donde se sale todo el agua y un olor a cloaca durante todo el día, difícil de aguantar. el dormitorio tiene una cama de 2x2 con almohadas de 80cm, además tiene una altura de sólo 40 cm, el colchón bastante malo y la lencería vieja y ajada. Hay un perro que todos los días de 19 a 23 horas ladra, supongo que lo amos salen de casa, muy pesado. Pero lo peor ha sido la atención de la Propiedad, pues al comunicarle que una pantalla de unas 29 pulgadas que tienen por TV, no funcionaba me dicen que ya saben que la antena no funciona y que eso es lo que hay y lo que hay es que no hay TV, una vergüenza

Nice clean place in the city center, close to the beach and restaurants around.

Unfortunately there is a noise coming from the streets in the evening, also smell of the toilet and sinks, even if you plug it.

Requested earlier check in was told no and then couldn’t enter at designated time and was asked to wait even longer . Water stayed hot maximum 3 minutes . Stove wouldn’t light . No ac and one small fan . Horrible smell coming from drains making whole place stink even when plugged. Couch the size of a small love seat and cushions are not comfortable at all. Patio furniture falling apart . Fridge is in the living room / kitchen . Messaged host multiple times regarding stove and was told to go buy a lighter to light stove and that he’d be several hours from helping .

Couldn't really use the hairdryer provided because there was no mirror (only in the bathroom)

Central location. Older but clean and comfortable app. Good and big bed.

Comunication with the owner is mainly problematical. Slow reply, mainly in spanish.

Apartment beginning to look a bit tired. On two nights we were kept awake by quarrelling neighboiurs downstairs but this is not something the owners can control. We paid about 60 Euro a night in December 23 which seemed a fair price at the time. When we wanted to rebook for December 2024 the price had doubled which is frankly extortionate.

The apartment was really comfortable, clean and private. I really liked the terrace.

The electrical sockets in the kitchen were broken. I had to plug in the kettle in the living room.

Price was bit too high considering it's older apartment. But I guess the price will be better if I stay min. 7nights, which I didn't. However, I reccommend it as a good place where to stay in usually fully booked area of San Andres
