Ottima posizione centrale, molto comodo il sottostante supermercato CONAD (ma non si avvertono i rumori delle consegne al mattino presto, a meno di non essere già svegli). Alloggio pulito e ben strutturato, personale molto gentile. Il portone del residence si apre sul parcheggio (condiviso col supermercato), quindi molto comodo per la movimentazione dei bagagli.
