The ambient of the appartment itself was OK, warm wooden lodge-like interior, including a balcony with a view. The experience we've made afterwards was not.

TERRIBLE! Do NOT book with this management! ( AURTURIST https://www.aurturist.com/en/home) We stayed in apartment 129, which was in a beautiful location with a great view. However, our experience with the management was so bad that it completely ruined our stay. This management gives guests many strict rules about electricity, cleaning, and garbage, which we followed carefully. But when it comes to guest safety and customer service, they are terrible. During dinner, my wife (55 kg) sat on a chair, and it suddenly broke under her. She fell hard on the floor, hitting the table, a radiator, and the broken chair. She was lucky not to get badly hurt. When we looked at the broken chair leg, we saw glue marks, meaning it had already been repaired. But instead of admitting their mistake, the management blamed us. They refused to release our pending €150 deposit. Later, they sent us an email saying the chair was “completely broken and cannot be fixed.” They claimed they needed to order a new one from a carpenter for €400. But luckily for us, they would only take our €150 deposit—clearly a way to take our money unfairly. To make things worse, there was no Wi-Fi, which is crazy in 2025, especially for this price. I strongly warn future guests: stay away from this management! They force guests to follow many rules but refuse to take responsibility for serious problems. We will never come back, and I recommend others not to book here.

Very nice apartment in the centre. Very convenient.

Parking is difficult if you have a large car. Not easy to drive in / drive out.

The location was outstanding. We were given a transportation pass to all of the regional busses. We didn't have to drive at all during our visit.

There were no hooks or towel bars in the bathroom or bedrooms. Damp towels had to be draped over chairs or on the drying rack. On the second floor with no lift.

The location is excellent just near the center

We had to pay around 50 euros at check in for "towels and bed linens‏" however the bed linens werent clean and the pillows arent comfortable

Location. Near city centre, near bus stop and train station, near ski rental and local slopes

The cooker was old fashioned electrical. The bathroom was just off the kitchen.
