The communication with host was smooth and efficient. The apartment is located in the very quiet street, 20 mins walk from the main tourists sights. The rooms are very spacious and everything was very clean. The host provided us with coffee, tea, even olive oil to cook which was quite useful, we would definitely love to come back one day!

Everything was great, no comments. Nothing to add.

We spent a week in Riva del Garda, Italy, staying in a rented house. Everything was very clean, and all necessary kitchen utensils were provided. The highlight was the stunning view of the mountains from the balcony. Everything we needed was nearby: shops, beautiful nature, and the small mountain "Monte Brione," which offers a fantastic view of Lake Garda. The parking spaces next to the house were always available. Our host, Federica, was always friendly and very kind. She helped us immediately with any small issues we had. I can only highly recommend this house.

The flat was spacious and really well equipped (including all utensils in the kitchen and a washing machine), beds were comfortable, it was clean. Internet was fast enough for one person to work remotely (the rest was enjoying time outdoors) ;) The staff was helpful.

A few more bags for rubbish (especially for organic waste) should be provided, including more than one (for 6 people) toilet paper and washing liquid in the kitchen. It was the first flat where we had to buy all these things. They didn’t cost much but seriously for this price is should have been provided.

I like the following things: - the size of appartment - the design of appartment - Kitchen full equipment and details - USB and C3 type charging are available - Chick-in and Chick-out process - Guest prompt response - Cleaning - well renovated appartment

I don’t like: - only one bathroom - many stairs and no elevator - no Privat car parking
