The location and the size of the apartment. The roof terrace is also wonderful. Louisa made us very welcomed and her generosity with the items made available to us was much appreciated.

The apartment was super clean and everything was on order. The use of scented room refreshers and scented wash powders was a little overwhelming.

Location, top floor with (awkward access) terrace, and beautiful view.. old borough beautiful building.. easy to park nearby, plenty of shopping places and good restaurants.

Lack of air conditioning in all rooms. Only in sitting room. (This will be fixed soon, according to the owners)

The apartment is just gorgeous! Lots of space and light. I was staying by myself so it felt like a luxury! The hosts Maria and Monica could not have been more welcoming and generous.

This property was a beautiful property right in the centre of Sansepolcro. Excellent value for money. The host was extremely helpful and provided a fabulous breakfast! To top it off it has an amazing roof terrace ❤️.

Great location and rooftop views. Helpful host. Spacious rooms and comfortable sofa. Lots of food in the fridge and cupboard.

I couldn’t find a worktop socket for the kettle or baby oven. The windows to the roof terrace are heavy and open at the top of a narrow metal ladder. I did not feel comfortable to use the terrace on my own.

Very clean and spacious apartment. In a quiet location but very central and only a few minutes walk to free parking lots. Louisa and Marco had the refrigerator stocked with lots of breakfast, lunch and snack foods. Great sunset views from the terrace. Although be aware that the stairs opening to the terrace may be difficult to navigate for a very tall person or someone with mobility difficulties.

Monica and her brother were the perfect hosts. They met us upon arrival,helped us settle in to the immaculate flat. They even brought us umbrellas and colouring pencils for my young daughter - so kind and thoughtful. The flat is very comfortable, spacious and incredibly clean. We will definitely return !

Everything about this property was wonderful. The hosts couldn’t have been kinder or more helpful. The location was excellent and the place itself was lovely. Really clean, spacious and has such a cosy feel.

Wonderful place and people

Central to everything in old Sansepolcro. Very well equipped and plenty of breakfast choices. Having two bathrooms was very nice. The rooftop terrace was spectacular !

Everything was great but maybe adding two more chairs to the rooftop terrace would be nice
