A decoração do apartamento deveria ser mais confortável. sobretudo na sala.

Schlüsselübergabe über Tresor. Eingang zur Anlage und zum Appartment zu finden war sehr schwierig. Staff zum Ankunftszeitpunkt entgegen Absprache nicht verfügbar.

Everything was perfect Have stayed on many occasions

I booked last minute and within an hour of booking I was greeted with the keys perfect handover

The only thing that let it down was the shower rail was broken over the bath and the shower cubicle door I struggled to close but we got over that as I’m sure it will get fixed

Location/ view

The apartment was spacious and worked well for two couples. The kitchen was well equipped and the front terrace was a big plus. Overall location is quite good with access to the beach and local restaurants. Santa Luzia is a laid back town, especially in the off season. It is a great change of pace from the "scene" in Tavira or other towns.

We had difficulty finding the exact location and check in was a bit confusing. This may have been because we don't speak Portugese, but we followed the directions given to us and still were unable to precisely locate the apartment which was a bit disconcerning. Ultimately, it all worked out.

breakfast was not included in the price , location was OK for next renter's it whould be fine if the heating is switched on a day before arrival for next renter's hosts shall give a proper address, including number visible on the street.

Not very cosy, the elevator of the complex was not working, was broken-down for more then 4 weeks at arrival, has not been repaired during the stay. We could not use the private parking place in the basement, luckily there was enough parking places at the street near the apartment. The apartment was very cold at arrival. the electricity wil switch off every time when we are out of the apartment, due to the fact you must use a special key to switch on the mains, that was fixed to the main keys and could not been uncoupled The apartments are quite noisy We do miss instruction manuals for dish washer, clothes washer and how to use the TV The host treated us as a source of money and not as guests
