Ubicación y comercio, cercanía a la playa

Muy regular el aseo, el apartamento al parecer llevaba mucho tiempo sin habitar y había mucho polvo, por fortuna había una trapera y pude limpiar el piso, las paredes muy sucias, el aire condicionado muy deficiente y el edificio tiene un serio problema de alcantarillado y huele muy mal, lo que hace que el olor este constantemente en el apartamento y a esto le sumamos que el aire no es muy optimo y no hay ventilador alterno.

De la ciudad en general que las aguas negras se rebosan por las alcantarillas y contaminan la playa del Rodadero generando mal olor en los alrededores

La estufa tenía escape de gas, las camas olían un poco mal y los colchones tenían moho, necesitan un cambio urgente..
