LAS PAREDES SUCIAS, EN GENERAL EL APARTAMENTO LO TIENEN ABANDONADO, UNA CORTINA EN EL BAÑO QUE ESDE HA 1 SIGLO, EL PISO ESTA PERCUDIDO, LA PERSIANA DE LA HABITACION DEMASIADO MANCHADA, SE NOTA QUE NO LIUMPIAN BIEN. LE NEVERA CON LA PUERTA CAIDA, Y MUY DESCVARATADA EN GENERAL, LA VERDAD DESDE LA ENTRADA AL EDIFICIO SE SABIA LO QUE ERA.

El apto requiere de un mobiliario más moderno,mesa de comedor ,muy endeble,televisor muy pequeño y si opciones de canales ,solo televisión nacional,no luce bien el emallado del mueble de la cocina ,cambiar el sofá largo de la sala ,poco funcional o servicial .
