Que en la página prometen cosas que, al llegar a Santa Marta, son mentira. Llegué a un lugar donde al final me dijeron que por las deudas de los propietarios, no tenía derecho a gozar de las áreas comunes: piscina, mar, billar, zona de trabajo

I love the facilities and my favorite was the rooftop pool and the other pools!! We also loved the nearby restaurants — all delicious!

Some of the facilities should be renovated

"Hidden extra charge and no hot water"

The swimming pools were both lovely. The apartment was clean.

We were charged COP 50,000 (around £10) per person at reception, we thought this would be taken off the total price of the property but it was a hidden extra!! There was no hot water to the property and when we informed the owner, they said they were aware but did nothing to fix it. The showers were very cold and there was not even a kettle to boil water.. The apartment is on the 17th floor so not suitable for anyone with a fear of heights
