Apartment 6 Easby Hall

The apartment is well appointed and the beds were comfortable

The Keys to the property are in a lock box Down a side alley at least quarter of a mile from the property- you need to know this before dragging cases around Scarborough- also we were left the wrong apt keys in the key box - why they just don’t number them is beyond me- when contacted the guys manner made it very clear that somehow it was our fault and dispite coming to let us in (???seriously) we had ruined his day - in short the one member of staff we had to deal with was patronising and uncaring- not even a sorry for the inconvenience and mix up - nice place - shame about the staff!

Good location

Hallway smelt of stale smoke Carpets were grubby and stained in the apartment Bathroom wasn’t very clean Walls and skirtings were grubby and scuffed and in need of redecorating One toilet roll for a family, charging nearly £400 for 2 nights maybe you could have stretched to a couple!!

Good location and easy to walk to the centre of Scarborough Comfortable apartment with plenty of space Lovely fluffy towels

Key collection- not in a convenient place The kitchen contained old dirty pans and wasn't as clean as it could have been

It’s was spacious for us all , had clean towels and everything you need to cook , we didn’t cook in but could of and little things like puzzles and books for people

Was a bit hard getting up and down to sea front with if u walked but we managed

Ideal place for 2 couples..... facilities were good and clean. Would definitely stay again
