The apartment was very nicely furnished

The bathroom was disgusting with faeces on the inside back of the toilet seat didn't look like the bathroom had been cleaned had to go out and get some cleaning stuff ,the towels were chucked in the bottom of the wardrobe didn't know if they was clean or not , dirty cutlery in the drawers and cupboards not clean ,sink was also dirty we ate out all the time the cleaning part of this apartment really let's it down sent pictures to spa propertys they didn't seem all that bothered but did say they would have a word with the cleaners we enjoyed our stay after I cleaned the things we used which was minimal .the location was really nice just a shame about the cleanliness issues which some of them was just not acceptable.

The distance from lockbox to the property was quite far and caused a little confusion. The bed was huge but the mattress was only adequate, not damaged but not plush and cozy. 3 of the 4 kitchen area lights were not working and the toilet seat was lose and needed tightening up. If you closed the window blinds one way they worked perfectly but if you turned them the other way although it blocked your vision out you were still visible from the street below. This was not obvious and some people could easily find themselves unwittingly on full display to the world. The wifi and password details were not listed correctly in the welcome pack/ appliance user guide

The place was clean, lovely and sweet! I love every bit of the facility. Good bed, toilet and Iving room. I would love to use it again!

We were only there one night, but the flat was clean and well furnished. The location was perfect, and it was nice and quiet.

The shower water was only warm-ish, would've liked to be able to get it a bit hotter.

The view of the church from the room and the location is easy to get to the beach and back.

We come to Scarborough every year and this has to be the worst place I've stayed so far. The bathroom was filthy, stains around the toilet on the floor, clumps of dust in the light, dirt around the tiles and shower screen. When we ran the shower you could see it washing the dirt off as black bits were dripping into the bath tub, there was also dirty cups in the cupboard and one of the chairs to the dinning table is broken and not safe. The windows are not child friendly at all, one of the windows was left open when we arrived but had the blinds closed so you wouldnt see it was open unless you lifted the blinds up, this was so unsafe!! Had my daughter gone near the window and blinds and lent forward she would have fallen out of the window!! Disappointed with our stay and the apartment could do with a proper clean.
