Location and spaciousness

Unable to open windows which meant it was very hot. No hot water to kitchen sink for washing up.

Super clean, comfortable, spacious, little touches, like staying at a beloved grandparents home

We were working a music festival at the Spa so were looking for a clean, comfortable safe space at the end of long days. This is exactly what we got. We could even get parked in the street at the end of the day no problem.

Nothing really. Just be mindful this is a 2nd floor apartment so there are actually 3 flights of stairs to climb before getting to the door at the very top of the building. No problem for our team but something to consider if you have limitations.

Lots of flights of stairs that we weren't prepared for. Knew it was top floor but didn't realise how many stairs it may involve. The door wasn't clearly labeled so was unsure which was the right apartment. Tried to get into another door and the occupants said it was a regular occurrence that people tried his flat in error.

Location. Comfort. Facilities.

Good location near to beach, arcades, restaurants etc (although the nearest beach, south bay is not recommended for swimming right now - north bay is safe for swimming and is about 40 mins walk). The apartment is comfortable with good facilities, very clean and includes parking. Complementary tea, coffee, milk and biscuits are a nice touch. Good communication from owners.

No issues really. I suppose the immersion heater for hot water is a little dated and the WiFi is a bit weak.

Great location - quiet yet close to sea front.

All good.

Beautifully decorated very clean with all cleaning equipment if needed.
