Shaftesbury Modern Annexe

Perfect location for exploring Wiltshire and Dorset. Property clean and comfortable, beautiful view over the back garden. Easy to find,good parking, and only a short walk to local amenities. Property well thought out with everything you would ever need during your stay. Would certainly look to stay again when in the area ,and proved very good value for money.

Kitchen was well equipped. The host left us some useful basics and a couple of treats. Everything was clean and in good condition, good sized rooms, attractive wildlife garden. The property is walking distance to town and a large Tesco. There are a few pubs in town, most serving food.

Couldn’t fault anything

The location was excellent, Ruth and Dennis are amazing hosts. Everything was perfect, the annex was warm and bed very comfortable. We will definitely be back.

The Annexe was in a quiet road but within walking distance of the centre of town. It was spacious with a very well kitted out kitchen. The key was in a key safe and was very easy to find. Ruth was easy to contact, and very helpful.

There was nothing not to like.

Everything was good, right from the time of booking, there was a quick and helpful exchange of messages with the hosts re checking in and parking arrangements. The property was easy to access when I arrived and the heating was on so the accommodation was warm. As my stay was in December, this was welcome. The biscuits, apples, tea, coffee and milk provided were also very much appreciated. The property is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The Wi-Fi worked well and the kitchen is exceptionally well equipped. The hosts have paid a lot of attention to ensuring that everything is in place for a great stay for both a work trip or a holiday in the area.
