The property is located a short walk to the centre of Shaftesbury, which is a lovely town to visit. Hosts leave a lovely welcome package of tea/coffee/biscuits and milk. Robes and hairdryer in the bedroom and all usual kitchen facilities. Super clean and comfortable. Parking on site and property is in a very safe cul de sac. I have family in Shaftesbury and have used this property several times when visiting, would highly recommend.

A house on the very edge of a quiet but with a rich history of an amazingly beautiful town, a ten-minute walk from its historical center. Morning with birdsong, breakfast watching squirrels activity. Private parking in the courtyard of the estate. The location of the town is very convenient for exploring several counties. Fully equipped, medically clean, secluded accommodation but the hosts are very nice and friendly Ruth and Denis respond immediately when needed.

It should be emphasized that this is a full-fledged living accommodation, not once a cold functional hotel. It took us two days for us and the accommodation to recognize and accept each other. For a two or three day stay it is better to choose a hotel.
