Charming place right under the Tower, has everything u need

The position Is excellent, really central, a little bit hard to find and reachable by stairs, but that's typical of a medieval hisroric center and was exactly what we expected.

The house was dirty, including linen and towels. We asked the lady for a change, but her reaction was truly unpleasant. She even denied that everything was dirty, replying that at a low price you can't expect anything better and that there are hotels as an alternative. For a low price I have no expectation of luxury, but only of cleanliness, at least of the linen and towels. Only after the phone call of booking assistance service she left her work place to be back home and change linen and towels (not really so clean, but better than the others).

Friendly owner, great location right in the centre.

We wanted to cook breakfast but the kitchen lacked the basics to do so. In case you're planning on cooking, forget about it.

It is a really great location, just a few meters from the clock tower.

The arrival was a nightmare. We arrived exactly on time as we wrote to the host. We did not get any instructions except the GPS location. Unfortunately, there was a sign on the way prohibiting entering by car. Therefore we called the owner on the provided phone number, but no answer. I walked to the accommodation and there was no one and locked doors. I was calling the number many times, writing messages by whatsapp, booking etc. but no answer. In the meantime a storm came and my family was still somewhere on a parking spot with all the luggage. I started to find an alternative accommodation coz this looked as a scam. After an hour the owner called me and explained to me that the key is in the postbox. No instruction like this was provided in advance. The owner was perfectly ok with the situation as "nothing wrong happened".
