L'appartement dispose d'une terrasse formidable. Nous avons passé beaucoup de temps car on se sent comme sur la terrasse d'un des restaurants/ bistrots du port de Calla Bona et on est chez soi. Les deux chambres ont une salle de bain ce qui est un vrai atout. La cuisine est bien équipée et le supermarché est tout près. Il y a un chouette living pour les moments où il fait trop chaud dehors. Pour nous les grands ventilateurs ont fait un bon travail. C'est vrai, il faut laisser les fenêtres ouvertes et comme le port est tout près, ce n'est pas un appartement qui est tranquille. Dormir à partir de minuit était tout à fait possible. Chouette contact avec le Homerti Team. La caution nous a été rendue 4 jours après notre départ.

Su ubicación y limpieza.

La agencia que gestiona el piso tiene que mejorar muchísimo. Tiene unas políticas que lo que hace es perjudicar al inquilino. La propietaria si que es excelente.

La ubicación bien. Lamentablemente esquina pena haber pasado tanto calor sin aire. Los ventiladores sólo daban aire caliente. Y no estoy d acuerdo q se tomen 7 días para devolver la fianza

Q no tenía aire acondicionado y q mo t devuelvan la fianza tan rápido como te cobran.

There was no breakfast it was self catering.

Excellent location, lots of restaurants and cafe nearby and not very noisy. Apartment was modern and a good size, very well appointed and clean. Balcony overlooking the harbour is a good feature.

Sink in en-suite had a crack and there were a number of insects (very small cockroaches?) in the en-suite every day. Pest repellents were plugged in in the bedrooms but there may be more of a problem which needs to be dealt with. There is no air conditioning although the fans supplied were adequate for the temperature at the time we visited. Would be useful if the property management company had a mobile phone number or WhatsApp account for easy contact.
