The location and the property itself

The owner was very rude when I asked for help for couple of things…. Within few hrs of check-in…

It was a lovely apartment lovely and clean everything you need and a small court yard to boot

The flat was very clean, the interior design was nice, facilities were good and sufficient, the location is great (almost city centre), and importantly the flat manager has been very kind and responsive! Would definitely recommend!

There wasn’t a parking included, although paid street parking was available and a car park was near too.

I liked the comfort and the decor.

The apartment is on the ground floor, There were no curtains on the windows and doors. there were men working on the roof No privacy, I didn't like it. I didn't feel comfortable.

Good location a couple of blocks from Bedford place with a Sainsbury's of lots of places to eat and drink. Lakaz Maman (Mauritian Street Kitchen) and Beards + Boards (Craft Beer Bar) are highly recommended. easy walk to train station and buses. Very responsive owner. Flat was clean, quiet and comfortable and we would certainly return.

The only downside was that there was no hair dryer and we needed to buy a tea towel, a hand towel, paper towels and sponges for the kitchen and condiments like salt and pepper. Plus toilet paper and a toilet brush and pods for the washing machine. It wasn't a big deal to buy those items, but when on holiday having to going shopping for supplies isn't ideal especially upon arrival from overseas.

It’s exactly as described/pictured. Had a great stay. The area is nice, just a short walk to the city centre. Host is excellent and the apartment is well appointed.

Check out time. 10am is so early (was allowed 10:30 after calling up). Can’t complain as it was what was advertised but would’ve been happy to pay a bit more for a midday checkout.

Good bed, nicely decorated with new furniture, TV was loaded with lots of apps, Netflix, Prime Video etc

I banged the ceiling lamps every day, they hang to low. Low ceiling, narrow passage way. The apartment locked bigger on the photos than it was in reality.

This flat was lovely and modern (looks just like the photos!), in a perfect location - right in the city center but on a quite road meaning there really was no outside sound at all. The bed and sofa were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed for any length of stay. The host was great with very quick responses - we had an issue with the fridge when we arrived (it didn't seem to be working!) I notified them late evening and it was fixed the next morning, they couldn't be more happy to help.

Only issue was that there was only one towel with two of us there! This wasn't something I notified them of when I realised, so that's on me!
