"Great location and well maintained property but too troublesome check in process"

The property was well maintained and location was really good

Check in process had too much red tape. After booking through booking.com, I was contacted by the host and had to make RM200 deposit using local account. I was lucky I had family in Malaysia that assisted. Checking in process was too troublesome and I had to register for their website. I feel there was too much personal details I had to provide. Then after checkout the process of receiving the refund was also more personal details like local bank account details.

Location is good. Just the unit is not suitable due to cleanliness and bed bugs issue.

the property is not clean, air-condition is not working, sofa and bed is infested with bed bugs.
