the location is very good. easy access to many places.

the bed was too soft and can hear the springs when turn, the room door is too tight. need to push hard to open and pull hard to close. these certainly need maitenance.

The location was convenient for me to travel around.

One of the two aircond was not functioning. TV channels were none to watch but there were 4 remotes. Water pressure was super low. I think the price I paid did not cover the facilities I could have received elsewhere. The QR code sent to open the main door was not accessible too. But this was solved after I made a call to the owner. Otherwise the owner was kind to answer my calls n guided me with the parking. Many restaurants n cafes just at the ground floor of the apartment.

The bed quality and air cons condition.

The main room is fine and staff is very flexible and cooperative.

washroom needs to fix number of fixtures.

Just nice no complicated,no diposit..

The chair i think no stable already need to change a new one.
