The location was very far from Sunway pyramid

The property was very stuffy, I sneezed for 3 days after I checked in hotel

Location mention is 5mins to sunway lagoon but actually is a 20min drive

Toilet door knob loosen shower holder got loose and below dink leaking

The beds sheet and blankets are so dusty. The bathroom lock stucked and my husband was locked inside the bathroom for 30 minutes. The management was so irresponsible to fix it. The sink was clogged.

The location is the only good thing about this place.

It was a complete disaster. The door was barely functioning, leaving us feeling unsafe the entire time. No basic toiletries were provided—how is this even acceptable in a paid accommodation? The WiFi? Forget about it, it didn’t work at all. To top it off, the house was filthy, with no signs of proper cleaning before our arrival. For those planning to stay here in the future, be careful. Don’t be fooled by the location; the management clearly doesn’t care about maintaining the property or guest experience. Definitely not worth the money.

Location, next to Kesas highway. Nearby with convenient store.

Hygiene: kitchen with quite a number of cockroaches, especially at night. Actual unit design and cleanliness very big difference. Ie ceiling, no bean bag and carpet.
